RETURNS

CPAP Sleep Solutions will accept returns within 14 days, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items were not Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging
  • Reason for returning the item is due to a mistake made on our end
  • Return request is lodged within 14 days of the original invoice date

Once we receive your request, we will be in touch with you to discuss the return of your item.

Please note we are not obligated to provide a refund if you change your mind about the purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and confirmed to be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, we will notify you and if all conditions are satisfied, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
